My story

I walk the walk.

At 25, I was out four nights a week, sleeping until 11am, overweight, and quietly miserable. I had goals, plenty of them. What I had zero of was follow-through.

Now at 38, I'm up at 6am every morning. I'm training for an ultra marathon. I'm 45 pounds lighter. I love the outdoors and I push my comfort zone every single day.

The difference wasn't a new plan. It wasn't motivation. It was accountability infrastructure, a daily standard I held myself to, no matter what. That's exactly what I build for you.

Common questions

What if my goal isn't fitness-related?

Perfect. I coach accountability, not the goal itself. Whether you're training for a race, building a business, learning a language, or building a creative practice, if it requires daily action, this works.

How do daily check-ins work?

You'll answer three short questions each day — takes about 5 minutes. I respond with feedback, a push, or a simple acknowledgment. We use whatever platform works best for you (WhatsApp or email).

What happens if I miss a day?

I reach out. That's the whole point. On the days you don't feel like showing up, I'm there. We talk about what happened and reset for tomorrow. No shame, just honesty.

Can I continue past 3 months?

Absolutely, and many clients do. After your initial period, you move to month-to-month at the regular rate. No pressure, no lock-in. The best results come from sustained consistency.

Do I need to have a plan already?

You need to know your goal and have some idea of what daily action looks like. We sharpen it in the onboarding call. I won't build the plan for you but I'll make sure you execute it.

How many clients do you take on?

I keep my roster small on purpose. Real accountability means real attention I'm not running a volume business. When spots are full, there's a waitlist.
